Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited. KaiDrones has filed patent applications covering our Retractable Wing and Retractable Tail Boom VTOL UAV technology. Unauthorized reproduction or use of patented technology is prohibited.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sugar Land, Texas, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
