Where We Are Today

KaiDrones, Inc. was incorporated in March 2026. This is where we stand right now — no fabricated history, no inflated numbers.

Incorporated — March 2026

KaiDrones, Inc. incorporated in Delaware. Based in Sugar Land, TX. Building NDAA-compliant, American-made drone solutions from day one.

Riso X8 — Launching Now

Our first product: the Riso X8 agricultural spray drone. Ducted propeller design, 22 lb payload, up to 13 acres/hour. Service operations launching across Texas.

KaiHawk VTOL — In Development

Hybrid fixed-wing VTOL prototype underway. Targeting 8+ hour endurance and 150+ mile range for inspection and delivery applications.

Fully Licensed & Compliant

FAA Part 107, Part 137, Section 44807 exemption, Texas TDA pesticide license, and NDAA-compliant hardware stack — operational from launch.

Market Context

Why American-Made Matters Now

DJI — a Chinese company — held approximately 70–80% of the U.S. agricultural spray drone market. Now facing FCC ban recommendations and tariffs up to 170%, the supply is collapsing.

The NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) restricts Chinese-made drones from federal agency and contractor use. As this expands, enterprise buyers need compliant alternatives — now.

KaiDrones is positioned as a direct domestic replacement: NDAA-compliant hardware, 100% American-made, and designed for the same precision agriculture, inspection, and logistics markets DJI dominated.
